Founded in 2017, by Morgan, JLCLAIRBEAUTY started as a passion project to support her through her studies during her time at university and has grown into a beautiful well known reputable business. Nestled in the heart of South East London Morgan is dedicated to creating beautiful eyelash art by providing high-quality eyelash extensions to every customer that walks through her doors. Each set is made specifically to suit each individual's eye shape resulting in high quality lasting eyelash sets and as a subsequent, no two lash sets look the same.

Morgan is fully qualified and insured in all techniques. As of December 2020, Morgan gained her qualification as a Teacher of Eyelash extensions and created the JLCLAIRLASHES academy. All the courses available are fully accredited and fully insured. Teaching allows Morgan to focus on her passion of guiding and helping new students as she teaches both beginners and advanced students how to build and start their own successful lash business. Morgan also offers unlimited mentoring to all her students to ensure they get the guidance she wished she had when she was starting out.

July 2021, Morgan added the amazing treatment of Ombre and Combination eyebrows to her services. She has fallen in love with this treatment and loves especially being able to provide both natural and bold eyebrows to each and every client. This treatment takes around 3 hours however Morgan is a perfectionist so this time is taken to ensure the brows are perfect. 

January 2023 Morgan lastly trained in the latest technique of Lip blush and then in February 2023 refined her skills by taking another Lip course but in Lip neutralisation. The difference in the two is that Lip blush aims to just add a desired colour to the lips where as Lip Neutralisation aims to lighten any dark areas on the lips. Both treatments give amazing results and Morgan is extremely passionate about both of these procedures.
