How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online by clicking the "book an appointment" tab in the navigation bar

How long does each appointment roughly take

Morgan is quite a fast lash technician and takes around 1 hour 30mins- 2 hours to complete a full set.

For Lip blush/lip neutralisation and Ombre brows the appointment lasts around 3 hours

Where are you located?

JLCLAIRLASHES is located in Catford in South East London. 15 minutes from London Bridge station. Our local trainlines are Catford station or Catford bridge station. Our exact address will be sent to you by email 24 hours before your booked appointment.

How long will my eyelash extensions last?

Typically your lashes will last between 2-3 week before I recommend an infill due to the shedding of your natural lashes occurring due to your lash cycle/

How long will my lip blush/ ombre brows last?

Both these procedures last around 2-3 years however with yearly maintenance top ups your tattoo can last much longer.

What are the aftercare instructions for lash extentions?

1. Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours including a hot steamy shower or lashes coming into contact with any steam

2. Please do not apply any mascara to the false lashes- it will ruin them

3. Do not apply any oil to your eye area at any time whilst wearing your eyelash extentions - oil will weaken my glue and result in your lashes falling out faster than normal

4. Refrain from rubbing your eyes whilst wearing the eyelash extensions

5. Do wash your eyelash extensions on a normal basis after the first 24hours

6. Do book in for a infill every 2-3 weeks

Is my booking fee refundable?

No, the booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, however if you notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment your booking fee can be credited towards a future appointment and we can reschedule.

Last minute cancelations/ reschedules under 24 hours before your appointment and no shows will lead to a loss of your booking fee and result in the payment of another booking fee to secure your next appointment.

What set will suit me the best?

Do not worry, the best thing to do is book in any FULL lash set and add in the additional notes when booking that you are "unsure of the set you want and what would suit you".

Morgan allocates enough time before every appointment to allow a mini consultation where you can discuss your desired eyelash looks and talk about any concerns you have.

Morgan will also walk you through the different sets she does and will assess your eye shape and let you know if the look you want can be achieved and if not, recommend another set that will suit you perfectly.

How will we achieve the perfect brow shape, im very nervous

Morgan spends over an hour making sure she measures and provides the most perfect brow shape that suits your face and a shape you are in love with. The mapping of the brows is the longest part of the appointment and Morgan wants to leave no room for error. Once your brows are mapped, you will be given a mirror and have the option to change any part of the brows drawn on in pencil that you want. Morgan will not start the procedure until you are 100% happy with the drawn on shape.

I have a lip stick colour I would love to have tattoo onto my lips

Please bring that lip stick colour along to your appointment and Morgan will try her best to create as close to a match as possible to the lip stick you have bought along.

Is the process painful? For ashes or lips or brows?

No, the application of eyelash extensions is completely painfree. Most clients fall asleep during the process and awake to a completed beautiful lash set.

Ombre brows and lips, you will experience minimal pain as I draw the outline and then I can go ahead and use numbing. Most of my clients in fact fall right asleep

Can I have someone accompany me to my appointment?

Unfortunately, no.

Due to COVID 19 and the limited space in the salon you will have to please come alone to your appointment.

Any additional person(s) will be turned away.

Does Morgan infill other technicians work?

Unfortunatly no. I do not infill other technicians work however, I do offer a package deal on my booking page to get a "removal and fresh set" done at a discounted price.

How do I cancel my appoinment?

To cancel your appointment please refer back to your confirmation email you received when you initially booked your appointment. At the bottom of the email you will see a link giving you the option to cancel your appointment. Please note your booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. A cancelation will result in the loss of your booking fee. However, you may reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. See below for information on how to reschedule.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule, please refer back to the confirmation email received when you initially booked your appointment. At the bottom of the email, you will see a link at the bottom giving you the option to reschedule your appointment. Please note that rescheduling can only occur no later than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid your booking fee being lost
